What you can expect aboard the
As a valued customer of J&J Charters, you can expect to have a great time aboard the “Someday Lady”.
We provide everything you'll need to have a fun time catching fish. All tackle, licenses, ice, safety equipment, and frozen bait are provided. All you need to bring is your suntan lotion, food, and drink, plus a little extra cash if you decide to purchase live bait from the bait boat.
Depending on the time of year, some of the more common fish we catch regularly aboard the “Someday Lady” are
red snapper, amberjack, triggerfish, vermillion snapper, white snapper, mangrove snapper, spanish mackerel, king mackerel, mahi-mahi, redfish, sheepshead, red grouper, black grouper, shark, speckled trout, and flounder.
You can schedule a trip from four hours all the way up to ten hours. A typical four-hour trip will usually be filled with action and you can expect to bring home a few fish for the table. However, since there are no guarantees in fishing, the longer your trip the better your chances of catching more and larger fish to eat.
Two of the biggest myths in fishing are that they only bite in the summertime and that only certain fish are good to eat. You can catch just as many fish, if not more, in the spring and fall of the year as in the summertime. And there are still some pretty good fish to be caught in the dead of winter.
